Graviti Bike Hire came about due to Jamie's passion in mountain biking. Jamie started working for Tui UK ltd. (also known as Thomson/ Crystal in 2003. In 2007, Jamie worked in Kitzbuhel and continued this role in Kaprun in 2008.

Over the years, Jamie worked as a Mountain bike instructor, mechanic, holiday rep and general 'go to guy' for 'Crystal Active'.. Graviti Bike Hire came about due to Crystal 'Active'/TUI UK closing down their summer business operations and an eagerness to continue offering this service..

In 2009 Jamie purchased the bike fleet from 'TUI UK' and set up an independant bike hire company Graviti Bike Hire...and the rest...well, come check it out and see!

Jamie is 'OTC Technical bike leader' qualified and has been riding for 20 years. In 2007 Jamie logged over 250 hours of instruction riding time and in 08 passed the 300 hours mark, and now...well we've lost count! He is a freeride enthuisast & is usually found on local singletrack, bike parks or being a grease monkey in the bike shop. Jamie lives in Kaprun all year round and works for a local Ski & Snowboard shop during the winter Season.

Graviti Bike Hire continued to operate through Summer's 2010 and 2011 and we're already beginning to gear up for Summer 2012. For more of the story - Watch this space!
